Lead Engineer in charge of one and then several teams for various interventions on Chevron’s oil fields from their Cabinda base. These interventions took place during the production phase, in order to restore or increase oil production, or to reduce gas/water production.
The 5-year contract covered 15 producing fields, with options on fields that could be brought into production during the contract period. The total production of Chevron’s fields amounted to 200,000 barrels of oil per day. I remained on this project for 2 years.
